In 1980 he joined Citibank, working on several areas of technology and business. He was one of the first employees from Brazil to be awarded for his "Excellence in Services"
In 1990 was invited by ABN-Amro to implement an agency automation systembased on the client-server technology, a brand-new system at the time
In 1992 he joined Microsoft, a journey marked by great achievements and success, serving as, among other things, Internet Director, Marketing Director, and Strategy Director. He received, from Bill Gates himself, the award of Best Microsoft Employee, first time ever awarded to a non-American
In 2002 founded ADVANCE, which today has more than 2,500 clients, more than 500 consulting projects, more than 20,000 professionals trained, more than 50 research performed in Brazil, 6 books published, several e-books, and participation as a speaker in more than 150 conferences
He holds a degree in Mathematics and Nuclear Physics by University of Sao Paulo (Brazil)

Hermenegildo Cavalcanti
Hermenegildo (Gildo) made a career as a top executive at companies such as Oracle and Microsoft
In 1999 he started in the technology market as an ERP and CRM systems implementation consultant at Oracle Consulting, where he developed a 9-year career as a consultant to Consulting Sales leader
In 2006 he was invited to lead the Quality and Management area of Microsoft's large projects for Latin America. This has become a specialty to this day. He was Chief Technology Officer for the company until 2015, where he became Director of Customer Services and Support for Latin America. His skill in new business development, through global models with innovation, technology and modern market concepts, are one of his strong skills.
Hermenegildo led the WTC Business Club for technology directors for 6 years, where he was responsible for leveraging results and good practices among group members.
Hermenegildo graduated in Accounting from the City University of São Paulo (UNICID) in 1999. It is certified by IBC (Brazilian Institute of Coaching), ICF (International Coaching Federation) ActionCOACH (Business Coaching) Enaage & Grow (Leadership Engagement and Training) and Quality Mind (Mental Health and High Performance). He also served as a guest professor to teach IT and Innovation Strategies and Planning at the International Business School (BI) in São Paulo

Gilberto Magalhães

He is an international speaker, researcher, author, serial entrepreneur, and social mobilizer. Alexandre is passionate about Technology, Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Innovation and Influence, and founder of the International Association of Artificial Intelligence.
Alexandre is the co-founder of I2AI (International Association for Artificial Intelligence) where he was the CEO and now acts as board member. He is part of the Management Committee of Brazilian Artificial Intelligence Strategy (EBIA) from Brazilain Government, Advisory Board Member of Research Centers of AI from Brazilian Agency of Industrial Research (EMBRAPII) and Advisory Board of many NGOs as Brasil Digital, Lusofonia Digital and Fecomercio. Daniele has a young and thriving career with great experience in sales and expansion of the national and international market
